Leandro brings more than 15 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, having held diverse roles at leading institutions in Brazil, Panama, and Australia since 2015.

He is passionate about empowering individuals and providing peace of mind by guiding them toward informed financial decisions and helping them achieve their life goals.

Outside of work, Leandro enjoys quality time with his wife, young children, and friends while also staying active both physically and mentally. His ultimate goal is to one day complete an Ironman event.
