Maddison is an Associate at Partners Wealth Group, supporting clients by coordinating the end‑to‑end process of putting their financial advice into action. She works closely with advisors and stakeholders to ensure each strategy is completed accurately, efficiently and with strong attention to detail.

With more than five years of experience in the financial services industry, Maddison brings well‑rounded capability across client service, product knowledge and financial operations. Her academic excellence was recognised through the 2025 Accru Melbourne Prize, awarded to the highest‑achieving graduate in the Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) at Swinburne University.

Aspiring to become a Financial Advisor, she is driven by her passion for helping people strengthen their long‑term financial wellbeing.

Outside work, Maddison enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active at the gym, and relaxing with a good book or favourite TV show.
