Tom joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016, bringing valuable insights and a hands-on approach after relocating to Melbourne from country Victoria. With a family background in small business, Tom understands firsthand the challenges his clients who own businesses face and is passionate about providing practical, effective financial solutions.

As a shareholder in the firm, Tom is deeply committed to building strong, long-term relationships with his clients. He believes the key to effective financial advice lies in clear communication and a deep understanding of his clients’ evolving needs. Known for his relatable and straightforward approach, he takes pride in making intricate strategies easy to understand, empowering clients to make informed decisions.

Outside the office, Tom is a long-suffering Essendon and Tottenham Hotspur supporter and a self-proclaimed "work-in-progress" in the kitchen. Tom is also proud to be on the panel for the Pro Bono Financial Advice Network (PFAN), assisting clients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
