Kirsten Presti

Kirsten Presti is in our Corporate Team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised in relation to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships of both private and public companies. In addition, Kirsten provides general corporate and commercial advice on a range of legal matters including contract negotiations, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance issues. Outside of work you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her three children, doing pilates, entertaining at home with family friends and when possible, taking time out in the country.
