Kim Douglass

Kim is an accomplished and well-versed litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with over 25 years’ experience.  

Having worked in both private and government practice, Kim prides herself on being an experienced negotiator and advocate for dispute resolution and mediation. Throughout her career, Kim has not only successfully navigated sensitive wills and estate disputes, but also general litigation, public inquiries, administrative review of decisions, freedom of information disputes and regulatory matters. Many of which involved negotiation and collaboration with multiple participants and stakeholders. 

Outside of work, Kim enjoys beach holidays with family and friends and planning her next travel adventures.
